NU SEDS Assistant Professor Alfrendo Satyanaga has been honored with the prestigious “Asian Universities Alliance Scholar Award”

Assistant Professor Alfrendo Satyanaga of Nazarbayev University’s School of Engineering and Digital Sciences (NU SEDS) has been have selected to the Asian Universities Alliance (AUA) Scholars Award Program for the year 2023-2024.

The AUA Scholars Award aims to enhance the mobility of scholars among the AUA member universities and promote research collaborations across Asia. This program aligns with the mission of the Asian Universities Alliance, a consortium of 15 member institutions across the continent.

The award enables Assistant Prof. Satyanaga to collaborate with the University of Indonesia, focusing on enhancing research exchange and bilateral ties between SEDS and Asian universities.

Furthermore, this award serves as a platform to promote Nazarbayev University and Kazakhstan to the Southeast Asian community, showcasing their excellence and opportunities on a global stage.
